My hope is that this book club will be a cornerstone of my content here on Grrrl Fans. It's totally free to join - all you have to do is enter your Email address.

The book club

‼️Disclaimer: I am still working out the kinks of how this will work. Things will probably evolve as my audience grows.

For now, here's a rough idea of what I see happening:

A book (probably nonfiction, but I'm open to the possibility of fiction being incorporated as well) will be chosen that in some way explores gender expansive individuals in fandom. I will do my best to break up the book into smaller chunks based on what I feel works for that particular book. On a roughly weekly basis, I will send out an Email of my thoughts on what I've been reading and will provide some prompts for discussion. You are welcome to respond and let me know what you think, or you can just sit back and read what I have to say.

I am also thinking about exploring ways to incorporate chatting amongst everyone, perhaps either on Discord or someplace like The Storygraph. I'll probably play around with various things and see how people respond.
